CAMPING
If you are camping, make sure to reserve your campsite ahead of time.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Stokesville Campground is the launching point for endless adventures in the mountains. The course is on a rolling trail system that goes around the campsite on flow trails. It includes open fields, challenging climbs, and super fun flow trails.
IMPORTANT STOKESVILLE INFO:
THERE WILL BE NO CAMPING IN FIELD THIS YEAR. All Campsites have been reserved. Natural Chimneys is another local camp site if interested in camping nearby.
BE KIND to the community surrounding Stokesville Campground. Keep riding on the roads to a minimum, and single file when you do.
REGISTRATION
9:00-9:30 PM
Riders who raced previously do not need to register or pick anything up on race day. Riders MUST BRING RACE PLATE FROM previous races. There is no check-in. Riders simply need to be in staging area on-time. For new riders, registration is under the tent near the picnic area. Coaches should have signed USAC waivers ready to go for all NEW athletes on team. NEW racers will be issued chip timing number that will be used for the entire season. It is important that returning racers bring the same number to every race. Replacement numbers cost $25 each.
PARKING
Parking is available in large grass field when you enter secondary entrance. Follow signs.
Campers may enter main entrance.
Important Campground Note: If leaving campsite mid-day Saturday, exit will be open from 1:00-2:00 PM and after 6:00PM. Day parking will have entry and exit open all day.
STAGING
Riders will be staged according to overall series classification. Staging begins promptly 15 minutes before start of first race in your wave (for example, if you are an elementary boy, your staging begins at 9:45 AM and race begins at 10:00 AM). Walk bikes to staging area.
COURSE PREVIEW
Course is open to pre-ride on Saturday morning between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Course closes promptly at 9:30 AM. No riders are allowed to enter course after 9:30. Afternoon pre-ride opens at 1:00 PM and closes at 1:45 PM.
