COURSE DESCRIPTION

Stokesville Campground is the launching point for endless adventures in the mountains. The course is on a rolling trail system that goes around the campsite on flow trails. It includes open fields, challenging climbs, and super fun flow trails.

IMPORTANT STOKESVILLE INFO:

Riding - Stay single file and tight to the right while on County Roads to and from the Forest or going to the local Market or river.

Driving - Remember your bike is a Billboard on your vehicle. When a local gets passed by a vehicle with a bike on it who is driving aggressively they assume we are all disregarding the safety and well-being of the community.

8:30-10:00 AM & 12:00-1:00 PM

Packet pick-up is located under the pavillion at the start/finish area. Coaches will pick up packs with all riders race plates. Racers are issued chip timing number that will be used for the entire season. It is important that racers bring the same number to every race. Replacement numbers cost $25 each.

T-Shirts & decals can be picked up at any point during the day by riders. Lots of cool new color options!

NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION

PARKING

Parking is available in large grass field when you enter secondary entrance. Follow signs.

Campers may enter main entrance.

Important Campground Note: If leaving campsite mid-day Saturday, exit will be open from 1:00-2:00 PM and after 6:00PM. Day parking will have entry and exit open all day.

STAGING & RACE SCHEDULE

STAGING

Riders will be staged according to overall series classification. Staging begins promptly 15 minutes before start of first race in your wave (for example, if you are an elementary boy, your staging begins at 9:45 AM and race begins at 10:00 AM). Walk bikes to staging area.

COURSE PREVIEW

Course is open to pre-ride on Saturday morning between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Course closes promptly at 9:30 AM. No riders are allowed to enter course after 9:30. Afternoon pre-ride opens at 1:00 PM and closes at 1:45 PM.
