**All race dates and times (event start times and wave start times) are subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen issues. No refunds are provided for time or date changes. 

REFUND POLICY

If a race must be cancelled for any reason, VAHS MTB makes every effort possible to reschedule the race on a RAIN DATE weekend at the same venue. Because venues are not always available outside the scheduled date, an alternate venue may be selected. If rescheduling is not possible, the race will be dropped from the season scoring. No refunds or transfers are issued for cancelled or rescheduled races.
